Club/Organization Name: Friends of Holland Creek

Club/Organization vision: Friends of Holland Creek Society is committed to protecting the biodiversity of Holland Creek Park, its watershed and connected areas, so that current and future generations can experience the benefits of mature forests and riparian ecosystems in their communities. 

We are starting with promoting native plants, controlling invasive species, and engaging the community in protecting the park.

Bioblitz community walks: Last weekend in April – Holland Creek Trailhead , Dogwood Drive, Ladysmith

Work bees and walks: May-September
1st Monday of the month – Kinsman Hut, Transfer Beach Park, Ladysmith
3rd Monday of the month – Holland Creek Information Centre, Methuen Ave, Ladysmith

Membership fee: $25/$30 for active members (individual/family)
