Camp 2024 - UPDATE - Land of Fire and Ice: Wells Gray Provincial Park
LOCATION: TRU Wells Gray Education and Research Station (25 km north of Clearwater, BC)

This camp will combine evening presentations and half- and full-day field trips to immerse attendees in the wonders of Wells Gray. Per BC Parks highlights, Wells Gray has something to offer for almost every outdoor interest.
Registration Descriptions (please read)
- INCLUDES: ● All meals and full program ● Shared accommodation or RV/Tent space.
DOES NOT INCLUDE: ● Travel to and from the camp ● Carpooling during the camp (donations to driver for gas are customary) ● Bedding and pillows ● Extra outings before or after BC Nature Camp

Registration Fees* – Full Registration +$ 650.00 CAD
Full Registration includes:
- Shared accommodation in research centre (rooms of 3 = 1 single bed + 1 bunk bed) or cabins (3 per cabin with no power or indoor plumbing, but outhouses nearby).
- RV (unserviced) and tenting options are available but do not decrease cost. Includes access to research centre washrooms and showers.
- All meals and full program: see draft Program on KNC website
- Participants may bring snacks and alcoholic beverages if desired but there will be limited access to the facility’s kitchen/fridge.
- Participants are responsible for transportation to and from the centre, carpooling for field trips, and their own pillow & bedding.

Please review the hiking levels below (You will be asked on the registration for your level):
- Beginner (level trails with few elevation changes, roots, or other obstacles, max two (2) hours total walking with frequent rest stops)
- Moderate (variable trails with frequent elevation changes, some rough ground and obstacles, up to four (4) hours hiking with infrequent rest stops)
- Experienced (variable trails with frequent elevation changes/gains, frequent rough ground and obstacles, up to seven (7) hours hiking with few rest stops)
Once the maximum of 20 registrations have been confirmed, a wait list will be kept in case of cancellations.
